East and Central Brighton Primary Care Network

East & Central Brighton Primary Care Network is an NHS Collaboration between 9 GP Practices - Arch Healthcare, Ardingly Court Surgery, Broadway Surgery, Park Crescent Health Centre, Pavilion Surgery, Regency Surgery, St Peters Health Centre, Wellsbourne Healthcare CIC and Woodingdean Medical Centre. We are working together to provide extended services.

 

East and Central Brighton PCN's Principles are:

Proportionate Universalism: Improving the health of those with the greatest need, fastest.

Integrating Care: Acting as a bridge between primary care, community services and individuals, to bring healthcare into the community.

Supporting Primary Care: Reducing pressures on primary care by increasing capacity, supporting with clinical targets and providing holistic, preventative healthcare.

Non-urgent advice: East Brighton Health Hub

The East Brighton Health Hub is a new way for people to access the support that they need.

They run a drop-in service where both NHS and non-NHS staff and experts work together to help you with your health and wellbeing, all in one place, no appointment needed.

It is for people over the age of 18 living in east and central Brighton.

Every Friday at Robert Lodge Community Space, East Brighton Health Hub run a drop-in service between 10am-1pm.

There are a variety of people available to chat to each week including Physios, Money & Benefits Advice, Medication Advice, and Occupational Therapists (please see the calendar which shows who will be present on a specific week).

You don't need to regsiter ahead: just turn up on the day!
